Last updated: 27/10/2026
About these terms
These terms apply to sports psychology services provided by London Sports Psychologist, a trading name of Inspiring Psychology Ltd (company number 09299078), including 1-to-1 sessions and team or club workshops. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Who provides the service
Services are delivered by Eva Barrellon-Kendall, a Sports & Exercise Psychologist in Training, who works under supervision as she completes her SEPAR qualification.
What the service is, and isn’t
Sports psychology sessions focus on performance, wellbeing and your experience as an athlete. They are not a replacement for therapy or medical care. If we think therapeutic or medical support would help, we’ll talk with you about it and, where appropriate, refer you. We can’t guarantee any specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors, including your own engagement.
Free discovery call
We offer a free 20-minute discovery call before any 1-to-1 work or workshop. This helps us both decide if we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
1-to-1 sessions
Booking. Sessions are booked through email. Your booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed a time and received payment.
Length and format. Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom.
Fees and payment. Session fees are [£60 per session or £135 for a block of three sessions. Payment is due in advance within 1 days before the session by payment link.
Cancelling or rescheduling by you.
If you give at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule or cancel at no charge.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, we may charge the full session fee.
If you’re running late, the session will still finish at the agreed time.
We understand that illness and emergencies happen, so please get in touch and we’ll consider these case by case.
Cancelling or rescheduling by us. If we need to cancel or move a session, we’ll let you know as early as we can and offer an alternative time. If we cancel and can’t reschedule, we’ll refund any amount you’ve paid for that session.
Online sessions. Please join from a private, quiet place with a stable internet connection. If the connection fails, we’ll try to reconnect or arrange a replacement.
Ending our work together. You can stop at any time. We’ll also talk with you about when sessions are no longer needed, or if another type of support would suit you better.
Team and club workshops
Booking. Following a discovery call, we’ll send a written outline covering the workshop content, date, format, length, group size, location and fee. Your booking is confirmed once you accept this in writing and payed the workshop fee.
